This video instructs teachers on how to share a Google document or a PDF on Facebook. Facebook does not permit uploading attachments directly to a post. Users must create a link to any document you'd like to share. We've put together a short video to show our users how to create "shareable links" so you can post documents on Facebook for your parents/students if necessary.

ParentSquare Scheduling and Duplicating Posts - Teachers

This video instructs teachers on how to schedule and duplicate posts in ParentSquare. For example, you may wish to create a post to remind parents of the homework pick-up/delivery for Tuesday and/or Thursday. Instead of starting from a blank post each time, you can simply duplicate your previous post, modify a few words, and post it again. You can always schedule your posts for a date in the future. Hopefully, little videos like this help to make life a little easier. Enjoy!
