Description
Qualifications:
● Current, or ability to obtain, Wisconsin DPI license in School Counselor
7054, School Social Worker 7050, or School Psychologist 7062
● Knowledge of Multi Level System of Supports (MLSS) and Positive
Behavior Intervention Systems (PBIS)
● Ability to provide individual and/or small group social and emotional
interventions
● Training in trauma-informed care including verbal de-escalation and
nonviolent crisis intervention (NVCI or similar)
● Experience with Restorative Practices
● Ability to work with families and students with diverse backgrounds and
experiences to improve school performance
