Interested applicants must be highly motivated and able to identify personal attributes and skills they possess that would help inspire student athletes to find success in a competitive interscholastic athletic program. Applicants must also possess a thorough knowledge of the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) rules and policies regarding football. Successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the head coach in all aspects of the varsity football program as well as providing cooperative assistance to the feeder levels and summer programs. Other year-round responsibilities include assisting with fundraising, athlete management, communicating with parents and media, budgeting, and developing practice schedules (if necessary), etc.
